- What is a property Education Stokvel?
- A Property Stokvel is an investment club where members contribute money once off or monthly to buy property, rent it out, maintain it and manage it, with each member benefitting from the rental income generated.
- The Education part stems from the fact that the inner workings of the property investment game is also shared with members for their benefit and learning.
- Why Join ZAStokvel?
- ZAStokvel Property Education Stokvel is a sharing based stokvel that believes in education and financial freedom for all. Its sister company, ZAHomes, has a proven track record of delivering investment grade properties.
- When you join ZAStokvel, you join a network of like-minded property investors who are passionate about investing in property. You also get to earn passive income whilst you learn.

- How much does it cost to join?
- The minimum investment is R100 per month but members are encouraged to contribute more than this. See more above on the different levels and their associated benefits.
- When will I get paid?
- When there are profits to be distributed, the trustees of the ZAStokvel Trust will make a resolution (decision) to distribute the profits. These will then be distributed to the members via the Stokfella app / other avenue according to their share of the investment proceeds.

- Do I get to own the property?
- The members collectively pool their resources to loan to a property investing company, who share the ins and outs of becoming a property investor. Our aim is to educate people in a risk free environment.
- A ZAhomes partnership owns the property, collects rent and distributes loan interest to the Stokvel.
- Can I join ZAHomes as a partner and own property?
- Yes. Investors who have gone through a journey with us, can apply to own & operate their very own ZAHomes franchise. Find out more here

- Stokfella is an authorised financial services provider that has a platform that is used by thousands of Stokvels to manage the administration of their Stokvels.
- We use it to collect contributions and distribute returns to members. It is a secure platform which enables members to transact with confidence on the platform and to have access to the financials of the group in the palm of their hands 24/7/365.
